Brazilian Foreign Policy and the Global Order in Transition

Principal investigator in the thematic area of economics of innovation, STI strategies and STI policy, within a research project for the Brazilian Centre for International Relations (CEBRI) funded by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. Responsibilities included authoring a policy brief and two policy papers addressing technological revolutions, the US–China trade and technology conflict, new-generation industrial policies, and the effects of the pandemic on innovation dynamics and their implications for Brazil. The project also involved organising a series of expert interviews and a public webinar on these themes.
