Expert consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank, mapping financing schemes and innovation policy instruments for decarbonisation and climate resilience in Latin America and the Caribbean. The project involved identifying public and private sector financing mechanisms and mission-oriented programmes targeting climate action, evaluating their effectiveness, assessing institutional capacities for implementation and measurement, and producing recommendations for closing gaps in the region’s climate innovation finance architecture.
